Dom has over 20 years' recruitment experience, working for leading boutiques and global recruitment firms across Australia, Asia and the UK, where he has sourced talent for and built an extensive network across industries including Technology, Telecoms, Education, Professional Services, Start-ups and Scale-ups.

As Director at The Next Group based in NSW, Dom is focussed on building and managing our client and candidate relationships, leading permanent Executive HR search mandates, supporting our people and helping to grow our NSW business across both brands: The Next Step& The Safe Step.

Dom is passionate about HR & HSE, Education, Health & Well-being, and Sport. Dom is an active member of various professional networking communities in Australia and believes strongly in the “Netgiving” philosophy, as well as “Networking” for the benefit of everyone.

Outside of work, Dom enjoys spending time with his young family, cycling, running and reading great books. Dom is also a passionate Liverpool FC fan and enjoys watching games when he has the chance!
